Thank you for choosing a KPAKE timepiece to be part of your daily life and for allowing our craftsmanship to become a chapter in your story.We provide a 24-month warranty on the movement of your watch.
Under normal conditions of use, we will repair or replace the movement free of charge in the following cases:
• Abnormal timekeeping: The movement consistently runs outside a reasonable accuracy range.
• Stoppage: Complete stoppage or intermittent stopping not caused by power-related issues (such as insufficient winding).
• Component failure: Non-human-caused faults such as automatic winding system failure, gear train jamming, breakage, or parts detachment.
• Function module malfunction: Failure of calendar, moon phase, chronograph, or other function modules to switch or operate normally.
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Wear and tear items: Normal-use scratches on the case, plating wear, strap deterioration or aging, natural battery depletion, accidental scratching or cracking of the sapphire crystal, and similar natural or human-induced wear.
• Improper use: Damage caused by impact, dropping, crushing, or any abnormal use; water ingress beyond the watch’s rated water resistance; and any resulting damage.
• Unauthorized intervention: Damage resulting from opening, repair, or modification by any party not authorized by the official service center.
Every KPAKE watch undergoes rigorous quality inspection before delivery:
•Appearance:Full appearance inspection carried out by three individuals over three separate checks.
• Movement: Visual inspection of the movement and measurement of movement data prior to assembly.
• After assembly: Three-position accuracy adjustment to ensure the movement runs within acceptable tolerances (except quartz movements).
• Automatic winding function: Tested for proper operation (except hand-wound mechanical and quartz movements).
This warranty card is valid only when accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. KPAKE reserves the right of final interpretation of these warranty terms.
